Right of withdrawal
I. Important information about the right of withdrawal
1. Calculation of the withdrawal period:
Goods: Beginning on the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) physically take possession of the goods;
Goods delivered in several partial shipments or pieces: Beginning on the day on which you take possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece;
Goods delivered at regular intervals: Beginning on the day on which you take possession of the first piece.
2. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you only need to use the 14-business-day withdrawal period from the date of signing for the goods (using the “Online Exercise Instructions” below or the EU/UK standard form). You do not need to provide a reason.
3. Extension in the event of incomplete information: If this shop has not fully informed you about this right of withdrawal and the standard withdrawal form on a durable medium before the contract was concluded, the withdrawal period will automatically be extended by 12 months from the original expiry date; if we provide the missing information within this 12-month period, the withdrawal period will be 14 days from the date on which the information is provided.
II. Exercising the right of withdrawal online

2. Withdrawal process:
