2. DELIVERY TIMES
We will ship your order as soon as possible within 24 hours. After your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation will be sent to your email address. We cannot provide additional shipping information or documents for third-party shipping. All estimated delivery dates provided by Heybike are based on estimates. Any changes made by the customer after the product has been shipped, including but not limited to changing the address, postponing an order, or updating shipping preferences, will result in forfeiture of the option for replacement and/or refund if problems occur.
3. CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
Before your order is shipped, you can contact us to change the address. Once the package has been shipped, the address can no longer be changed. Please check that your delivery address is correct when ordering.
4. ORDER TRACKING
If you have already registered at de.heybike.com If you have registered, you can track your order, shipping, and processing information in your account. If you have not registered on our website, you can track it using the tracking number. For further shipping information, please email us at eu.support@heybike.com We will respond to you within 24 hours.
5. LOST PACKAGES
Heybike is responsible for delivering your order. A delivery exception occurs when a package is temporarily held up in transit for an unforeseen reason. Even with the most reliable eCommerce order tracking, a lot can happen to a package during transport. If the tracking info is not updated for more than 3 days or even longer, please be patient and wait for the delivery. Heybike will always check this and advocate for you. If you have not received your order 3 weeks after receiving the shipping confirmation email, the package is considered lost in transit. Heybike will bear the loss and offer you a full refund. You can refuse the package if it finally appears. Heybike ensures that the customer experience is always a priority.
