Your electric bicycle will arrive partly put together. There are only a few parts to fit in place once you take the bicycle out of the box. For unpacking and setup instructions, please follow the guides on our YouTube Channel

Heybike electric bicycles are made following US rules. Please be assured that riders do not need any special permit to ride our bicycles. We suggest riders be 16 years old or older.

You can ride in light rain without worrying about damage caused by spray from wet roads and raindrops. We do not recommend riding electric bicycles in heavy rain or very wet conditions. Regarding waterproofing, Heybike electric bicycles meet IPX4 standards; the motor, battery, and display meet IP64 standards. The Mars 3.0 and the Ranger 3.0 Pro electric bicycles meet IPX5 standards, and the motor, battery, and display meet IP65 standards.

If your electric bicycle runs out of battery, you can simply keep riding. The motor on the electric bicycle only helps your pedaling (instead of doing all the work), so you can continue riding as usual without the pedal help.

1-5 PAS levels: Hauler, Hero, Mars 2.0, Horizon, Ranger S, Tyson, Cityrun, Brawn. Each PAS level has a corresponding speed limit.

Heybike electric bicycles (except Explore, Ranger) can be connected with the Heybike Smart App. You can use the App to control your bicycle remotely, record every ride, adjust speeds, and find nearby dealers, and more.

We offer a 2-year guarantee for all Heybike electric bicycles, including the combo sale. Additionally, the Hero's bicycle frame comes with a 10-year guarantee.

You have 30 days after receiving your parcel to ask for a return. Please first get in touch with our customer service team at support@heybike.com to obtain a return shipping label.
