Your e-bike will be delivered partially assembled. Only a few parts need to be installed after you have taken the bike out of the box. For unpacking and assembly instructions, please follow the videos on our YouTube channel

You can ride in light rain without worrying about splashes from wet roads or raindrops. However, we do not recommend riding the e-bike in heavy rain or very humid environments.

Heybike e-bikes (except Explore and Ranger) can be connected to the Heybike Smart App. With the app, you can remotely control your bike, record every ride, adjust the speed, and search for nearby dealers.

We offer a 2-year warranty on all Heybike e-bikes, including combo sets. Please note that the various types of extended warranties require a corresponding payment. For more information, please see the warranty terms.

You have 30 days after receiving your package to request a return. Please first contact our customer service team at eu.support@heybike.com to receive a return label. Regarding the refund, whether you receive a full or partial refund depends on the specific situation. For more details, please see the return and refund policy at this link.

E-bikes work by combining pedaling power with electric assistance. When you pedal, the motor engages and provides an extra boost—known as pedal assistance. This makes it easier to ride uphill or over longer distances without exhausting yourself.

An e-bike’s range depends on the battery capacity, motor power, and riding conditions. In general, you can expect between 30 and 65 miles (approx. 48–105 km) on a single charge. Factors such as terrain, rider weight, and assistance level also affect the range.

When choosing an e-bike, you should consider your needs and budget. Determine its primary use (commuting, leisure, transportation, etc.) as well as your preferred e-bike class. Research reputable brands, read reviews, and test-ride different models. Pay particular attention to motor power, battery capacity, comfort, and warranty. Make sure the e-bike you choose suits you and complies with local regulations.
