Part 1 - How do we handle your information?
When you purchase goods from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you provide, such as your name, address and email address. To verify and protect your identity, we use Signifyd, a third-party 100% private and secure fraud prevention platform.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address to provide us with information that helps us analyze your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): If you allow, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

Part 2 - Consent
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a product, we imply that you consent to the collection of that information.

If we ask you for personal information for other reasons (e.g. marketing), we will ask you directly for your consent or give you an opportunity to refuse.

How can I revoke my consent? If you change your mind after signing up, you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us to continue collecting, using or disclosing your information.

Part 3 - Disclosure
If the law requires it or you violate our Terms of Use, we may disclose your personal information.

Part 4 - Shopify
Our store is located on Shopify Inc. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, database and general Shopify application. They store your data on secure servers behind the firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to make your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card information. These are encrypted by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your transaction data will only be stored for the duration of the transaction. Once completed, your transaction information will be deleted.

All direct payment gateways follow PCI-DSS standards managed by the PCI Security Standards Committee, a joint effort by brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements are designed to ensure that our business and its service providers process credit card information securely.

Part 5 - Third Party Services
In general, the third party service providers we use collect, use and disclose only the information necessary to provide the services they offer to us.

However, some third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies governing the information we are required to provide to them for purchase-related transactions.

For these providers, we encourage you to read their privacy policies to understand how these providers will treat your personal information.

In particular, please note that some providers may be located in a jurisdiction other than your or our location, or in a different jurisdiction than yours or ours. Therefore, if you conduct a transaction using a third-party service provider, your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which that service provider or its facilities are located.

Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer bound by this Privacy Policy or our website's Terms of Use.

When you click on links in our store, they may take you away from our website. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

Google Analytics

Our store uses Google Analytics to understand who has visited our website and what pages are viewed.

Part 6 - Security
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow best industry practices to ensure that this information is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

When you provide us with your credit card information, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt and store the information using AES-256 encryption. Although 100% secure transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is not possible, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement other recognized industry standards.

Section 7 - Cookies
This is a list of the cookies we use. We've listed them here so you can choose whether you want to reject cookies.

_session_id, a unique token, conversational, allows Shopify to store information about the session (referrer URL, landing page, etc.).

_shopify_visit, no data stored, lasts 30 minutes since last visit, used by our website provider's internal statistics tracker to log the number of visits.

_shopify_uniq, without data, expires at midnight of the next day (relative to visitors), and counts the number of visits to the store by a single customer.
