If we ask you for personal information for other reasons (e.g. marketing), we will ask you directly for your consent or give you an opportunity to refuse.

How can I revoke my consent? If you change your mind after signing up, you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us to continue collecting, using or disclosing your information.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to make your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card information. These are encrypted by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your transaction data will only be stored for the duration of the transaction. Once completed, your transaction information will be deleted.

All direct payment gateways follow PCI-DSS standards managed by the PCI Security Standards Committee, a joint effort by brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements are designed to ensure that our business and its service providers process credit card information securely.

For more information, you may also need to read Shopify's Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.

Part 5 - Third Party Services
In general, the third party service providers we use collect, use and disclose only the information necessary to provide the services they offer to us.

However, some third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies governing the information we are required to provide to them for purchase-related transactions.

For these providers, we encourage you to read their privacy policies to understand how these providers will treat your personal information.

In particular, please note that some providers may be located in a jurisdiction other than your or our location, or in a different jurisdiction than yours or ours. Therefore, if you conduct a transaction using a third-party service provider, your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which that service provider or its facilities are located.

Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer bound by this Privacy Policy or our website's Terms of Use.
