Part 1 - How do we handle your information?
When you purchase goods in our store, we collect the personal information you provide as part of the buying and selling process, such as your name, address, and email address. To verify and protect your identity, we use Signifyd, a third-party platform for 100% private and secure fraud prevention.
When browsing our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address to provide us with information that helps us analyze your browser and operating system.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange a delivery, or return a product, we assume you consent to the collection of this information.
If we ask for personal information for other reasons (e.g., marketing), we will ask for your consent directly or give you the option to decline.
How can I withdraw my consent? If you change your mind after signing up, you can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us to stop the collection, use, or disclosure of your information.
Part 3 - Disclosure
We may disclose your personal information if required by law or if you violate our Terms of Use.
Part 4 - Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, database, and general Shopify application. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
Payment
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card data. This data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your transaction data is only stored for the duration of the transaction. After completion, your transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards of PCI-DSS, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
The PCI-DSS requirements are designed to ensure that our store and its service providers securely process credit card information.
For more information, you may also need to review Shopify’s Terms of Service or Privacy Policies.
Part 5 - Third-Party Services
Generally, the third parties we use only collect, use, and disclose the information necessary to perform the services they provide to us.
However, some third parties, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we must provide to them for purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies to understand how they handle your personal information.
In particular, please note that some providers may be located in a jurisdiction outside your location or ours, or in a different jurisdiction than yours or ours. Therefore, your information, when you conduct a transaction with a third-party service, may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where the service provider or its facilities are located.
If you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this privacy policy or the terms of use of our website.
