Application:
To receive the military discount, customers must send a photo or scan of their military ID or relevant documents to the following email address: eu.marketing@heybike.com.
Discount Offer:
Upon receipt of valid military documentation, our team will process the request within 24 hours on working days. Once the verification is complete, customers will receive a unique discount code granting them a discount of 50 euros on their purchase.
General Terms and Conditions:
The military discount applies to active military personnel, veterans, and their immediate family members.
The discount code is for one-time use only and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
