How to Apply: To avail of the military discount, customers are required to send a photo or scan of their military ID card or relevant documentation to the following email address: eu.marketing@heybike.com.

Offer of discount:
Upon receipt of valid military documentation, our team will process the request within 24 hours on business days. Once verification is complete, customers will receive a unique discount code that will give them a €50 discount on their purchase.

Terms and Conditions:

• The military discount is applicable to active-duty military personnel, veterans, and their immediate family members.
• The discount code is valid for one-time use only and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• Heybike reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the submitted documentation and may refuse or revoke the discount code if any discrepancies are found.
