Your ebike will arrive partially assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike out of the box. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides on our YouTube Channel

Heybike ebikes are designed to comply with US regulations. Please rest assured that riders do not need a special license to ride our bikes. We recommend that riders be at least 16 years old.

You can ride in light rain without worrying about damage from spray on wet roads or raindrops. We don't recommend riding e-bikes in heavy rain or excessively wet environments. Regarding water resistance, Heybike e-bikes meet IPX4 standards, while the motor, battery, and display meet IP64 standards. The Mars 3.0 and Ranger 3.0 Pro e-bikes meet IPX5 standards, while their motors, batteries, and displays meet IP65 standards.

If your ebike runs out of battery, you can simply continue riding. The motor on the ebike only assists your pedaling (instead of doing all the work), so you can continue riding as usual without the pedal assist.

1–5 PAS levels: Hauler, Hero, Mars 2.0, Horizon, Ranger S, Tyson, Cityrun, Brawn. Each PAS level has a corresponding speed limit.

Heybike e-bikes (except Explore and Ranger) can be connected to the Heybike Smart App. You can use the app to control your bike remotely, record every ride, adjust speeds, and find nearby dealers, etc.

We provide a 2-year warranty for all Heybike electric bikes, including the combo sale. In addition, the Hero bike frame has a 10-year warranty.

You have 30 days after receiving your package to request a return. Please first contact our customer service team at support@heybike.com to get a return shipping label. Research reputable brands, read reviews, and test ride different models. Pay attention to motor power, ebike battery capacity, comfort, and warranty.
