What are the advantages of the EC1 series over other E-Bikes?
Compared with ordinary E-Bike, EC1 series has unique advantages. EC1 series has been improved and optimised for the problems that ordinary E-Bike may have, such as heavier weight, dull appearance and single colour. Firstly, our vehicles are designed to be extremely portable and lightweight, making them more suitable for daily carrying and storage. Secondly, our stylish and minimalist design not only makes it more aesthetically pleasing, but also reduces wind resistance and improves riding efficiency. Most importantly, we offer a wide range of unique and cool colours to choose from, for example, the EC 1 series is available in black, blue and white, while the EC 1-ST series is available in blue, pink and white, meeting the aesthetic needs of different users.
Where is the location of the shipping warehouse?
Shipments for the EU region are sent from German.
When will I receive the shipment after placing my order?
We usually dispatch the goods within three working days after receiving the order and you can usually receive the goods within 3-7 working days after placing the order. However, sometimes there may be some special circumstances such as logistic and transport problems, holidays or festivals, etc., the delivery may be delayed.
